Totally wrong. You should never tip someone who is trying to facilitate an attempt to beat you out of your money. All casino tips go into a pool and it is shared by all. So that one individual you tip is not getting much of it from you directly. The casino already has an edge over you why would you tip them to do it.?

Yes the casino has an edge over the player, the dealer is an employee who is providing a service, if they do a good job they deserve to be tipped. This is like stating that you should not tip waiters since they are working for a restaurant that is trying to sell you overpriced drinks and food. You make the choice to play at a casino, you know the odds.
If you don’t want to tip, don’t tip; just don’t try to justify stiffing the dealers because of what you think about the casino. Admit you are extremely frugal and live with it.
