Hey! My girlfriend is Filipina as well, and she's an amazing cook too. My absolute favorite dish she makes is sinigang, which is a sour pork soup. I can't even begin to describe the explosion of flavors in that dish. It's like soul food; every slurp fills your heart with joy! Hahaha. How about you? What's your favorite dish?

Hey there man ! AHHH sinigang sounds absolutely mouthwatering! It's incredible how a good dish can fill your heart with joy maybe because it was made with joy lol . As for my favorite, it's tough to pick just one, but I'm a sucker for adobo. The perfect blend of savory and tangy flavors gets me every time. Its a Filipino classic as my girlfriend says HAHA ! We're two lucky guys !
