Hello CrystalDragoz. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with a gambling habit. If you're not ready to completely stop gambling I advice to you to set strict limits on the time and money you spend on gambling. Only gamble what you can afford to lose.

Yes it can surely help you and also considering limiting access to your funds, seeking financial counseling, or involving a trusted family member to manage your finances.
