In my humble opinion, UBI could help make things fairer for everyone when it comes to money. It might encourage people to work by giving them a safety net, but we need to be really careful how we do it. We should study it well, plan it properly, and maybe introduce it bit by bit to see how it really works. We shouldn’t think of UBI as the one fix for everything. It's part of a bigger talk we need to have about how to take care of people, find jobs, and make things more equal for everyone in society.

In my view the success of Universal Basic Income (UBI), in reducing inequality and maintaining work motivation depends on how the program is designed and executed.

For me, UBI has the potential to reduce poverty and enhance economic equality by providing a regular income to all. Yet, it should be implemented thoughtfully to avoid disincentivizing work.
