I agree with you, that stress is really a part of life, and it can really affect our health, that it can lead to anxiety to depression, it really shouldn't be a joke. So no matter what stress we feel, let's try to forget it and don't always think about it. In my opinion, the best way to reduce our stress is to watch comedy, funny videos, and go for a walk with the one you love.
