If the player's hand total is 0-5, they draw a third card; otherwise, they stand. The banker's actions depend on their total and the player's third card, following specific drawing rules. The hand closest to 9 wins, with bets on the player paying 1:1, bets on the banker paying 1:1 minus a 5% commission, and tie bets usually paying 8:1 or 9:1.
