Re: Addiction

From my experience, signs of gambling addiction include constantly thinking about gambling, needing to bet more money to get the same thrill, and failing to stop despite trying. I found myself chasing losses, lying about my gambling habits, and neglecting my responsibilities. I even borrowed money to fund my gambling, felt anxious and depressed when I wasn’t gambling, and used it as an escape from my problems. It strained my relationships and made everything else in life take a back seat. Recognizing these signs helped me understand I needed support.
