I make an effort to turn negative ideas into more optimistic ones. This helps me focus on growth rather than defeat. For instance, I reframe it to, "This loss is a learning opportunity, and I can improve next time," instead of thinking, "I lost because I'm not good enough." :) :D

To change negative self-talk, start by noticing when you're being hard on yourself. Challenge those thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Focus on what you're grateful for and talk to yourself like a friend. Imagine good outcomes, practice mindfulness, and set small, realistic goals. This helps build a more positive mindset.
