If you find yourself becoming agitated, frustrated, or excessively excited, it's a sign that you may need to take a break and reassess your approach. Also I set time limit you need allocate specific time for gambling and stick to those limits. Avoid spending excessive time on gambling activities, and ensure you have time for work, family, hobbies, and other responsibilities. Make a to-do list and manage your time effectively. And lastly one important thing is to ensure that your responsibilities in work, family, and personal life are met before engaging in gambling activities.
Those are excellent practices, and it's great to see that you prioritize self-control and balance when it comes to your gambling activities. Monitoring your emotional state is crucial, as it can help you recognize when you need to take a break and avoid making impulsive decisions.Setting time limits is also a wise approach. Allocating specific time for gambling and sticking to those limits ensures that you maintain a healthy balance between gambling and other aspects of your life. It's important to have time for work, family, hobbies, and other responsibilities, as you mentioned.

I always set a limit on how much time I spend gambling. I also set a limit on how much money I plan to gamble. I take frequent breaks while gambling. I make sure o balance gambling with other forms of entertainment. I always remind myself that gambling is for entertainment only and should not be used as a way to make money. I never continue gambling to try and win back my lost money. What I learned too only bet what you can afford to lose, treat whatever you wager as the cost of your entertainment. I know it's fun when we win and it's terrifying when we lose, but we need to control ourselves.

HelloGangreen750,That's a great approach! Taking breaks from gambling, whether it's for a day, a week, or even longer, can be incredibly beneficial. It gives you time to recharge, reflect, and maintain a healthy perspective. Stepping away allows you to prioritize other aspects of your life, focus on self-care, and engage in different activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. It's essential to strike a balance and ensure that gambling remains a form of entertainment rather than something that takes over your life.

I determine how much money I can afford to spend on gambling without impacting my essential expenses or financial stability. I stick to this budget and avoid chasing losses. I allocate a specific amount of time for gambling and ensure that it doesn't interfere with my work, relationships, or other important commitments. I avoid emotional decision-making, make rational decisions when gambling and avoid letting emotions, such as frustration or excitement, dictate my actions. Take breaks if I needed to maintain a clear mindset. Remember, responsible gambling involves understanding the risks, setting limits, and prioritizing your overall well-being.

As a player I prioritize my responsibilities and I ensure that my gambling activities don't interfere my essential obligations and responsibilities, such as work, family, or financial commitments. Gambling should never take precedence over these aspects of my life. I'm honest with myself about my gambling habits and monitor for signs of excessive gambling behavior. If I find it challenging to balance my gambling activities or feel like I may be developing a gambling problem, I seek support from professionals, such as therapists or helplines specializing in gambling addiction.

For me I just play occasionally making sure that I won't be addicted because it's really addicted right? What I do is just play once a week and limit how much I just want to play and can afford to loss of course and stick with my plan, just once a week and when I win I stop and get my win withdraw lol.
It's great to hear that you approach gambling in a responsible manner, setting limits and sticking to your plan. By playing occasionally and ensuring that you only gamble with money you can afford to lose, you are taking important steps to mitigate the risk of addiction. Withdrawing your winnings when you have reached your goals is a smart strategy. It allows you to enjoy the benefits of your success while avoiding the temptation to continue playing and potentially risking your winnings.
