For my self, when I win in gambling it doesn't mean that gambling is not a problem. Gambling can be a problem at any time, especially when we win, because winning gambling can trigger dopamine release in the brain, which can create a feeling of joy and satisfaction or we become overconfident and believe that we have a winning strategy. This can lead us to reinvest our winnings and continue gambling in an attempt to recover any previous losses.
