It's simple, after work, I'll rest first, then after that , exercise, we need to take care of our body and be healthy, after I work out, rest then I'll do what needs to be done, and finally I need to sleep enough hours and of course also eat three times a day or more, just kidding! hahaha, we people especially those of our age, need to take care of our bodies, avoid frequent drinking of alcohol and smoking so that we can avoid illness. I also always take a vitamins and eat some fruits to strengthen the immune system.
Taking care of ourselves is always the first step. It can be challenging to maintain a balance between work, family, and personal time. This becomes even more difficult when my wife is on her business' trip. Usually, when I am working, the kids are in school, which helps. However, summer brings more challenges. To tackle this, I find that scheduling is the key. I make sure to schedule time with the kids and even some personal time, even if it's just 15 minutes or a quick run. So, my approach is to incorporate these activities into my daily and weekly schedule.
I will say as parents of 3 young children. My wife and I both of us working it is extremely difficult but important so we make sure we find the time. We keep our weekends strictly for family time and we talk, we play games, we bike ride together, we cram as much as we possibly can into it because that's our time, our memories with our babies and work are put on hold no matter what. family first before anything else
