For me when dealing with losses, it's crucial to stay calm and maintain self-control. I set limits on how much I'm willing to lose before I start gambling, and I stick to those limits. If I encounter a losing streak, I take a break, step away from the game, and reflect on my strategy. It's essential to remember that gambling should be for entertainment, and losses are a part of the experience. If losses become a concern, it's wise to seek support or consider professional guidance.

It's normal to feel angry or frustrated because that's part of the game, but it's also important to make a budget and stick to it. If you're losing, take breaks do not chase losses. The goal of responsible gambling is to keep risks to a minimum and prevent negative effects on your life.

I completely agree with you. It's entirely normal to experience frustration and emotional ups and downs while gaming. Nevertheless, it is better to focus on the entertainment aspect rather than dwelling on losses. Responsible gambling is about maintaining a healthy perspective. :) <3
