Deploying the strategy of card counting in an attempt to beat the house when playing blackjack is in fact legal. It may sound and look a bit wizardry, but card counting is based on a simple principle – if the stack of cards used in the game has more high than low cards, the casino’s advantage decreases, and if the difference is big enough, a player can potentially gain an advantage themselves. Although you may not technically be breaking the law, casinos will attempt to stop card counting, especially if the player is not being overly subtle. They may ask you to leave, play another game, or potentially ban you.
Hmmm card counting can improve our odds in blackjack, but it does not guarantee a win and success is not guaranteed. This is not suitable for everyone. You need dedication, skill, and a willingness to accept the risks and uncertainty that come with gambling.

The act of counting cards is legal. As a player, I understand that it is an ethical tactic that complies with the law. However, I am aware that casinos may have their own guidelines and regulations when it comes to card counting. They may take action to prevent players from employing this tactic. While card counting is permitted, I always make sure to be informed and comply with any regulations set by the specific casino I am playing at.

I agree with you that card counting is perfectly legitimate and legal. This method is based on simple principles and if done properly can reduce the cost of gambling and can benefit the player. However it is important to note that although this may not be illegal, casinos do not encourage card counting and may do things like ask you to leave or if they suspect you of this tactic you may be banned if you are using it.
