One time I lost around 1,800 dollars playing baccarat alone , that taught me a really big lesson to never let my emotions win over my intuition . Also you should be wise on how to manage your bank roll - weigh your wins over your losses .

For me I allow myself to feel, it's natural to feel disappointment or sadness after a loss and the best thing to do is to accept , losses are beyond my control and I always set in my mind that gambling is a game of luck and chances, that's why I always set my limit and stick to it no matter what.

Everytime I play in casino, I always set a minimum amount to spent, in that matter, I will know when to stop and to go forth.

I usually do if i experience a losing streak or find myself becoming frustrated, take a break. Stepping away from the game for a while can help me regain composure.
