Being calm in the midst of chaos means, you are not affected by the confusion going on. You do not wish to be a part of it as you are not interested, in the ongoing matter. You prefer to be left alone, in peace.

I couldn't agree more! Mindfulness has been my go-to as well. Taking a moment to be fully present and tuning in to my thoughts has been like finding a hidden oasis in the midst of life's chaos. It's about acknowledging the madness without getting overwhelmed and staying cool-headed. Personally, I find solace in activities like meditation and focusing on the things I can control.

for me, my way is always, I think about these things / chaos why does this happen? all I can think about is, there is a good reason why this is happening to me now, with a good outcome. in other words, everything that happens is for a reason. That's my style
