GAMING INDUSTRY CAREERS

I was having a discussion the other day with friends, and they were asking how much I thought Pit bosses and floor supervisors earn. I said I really no clue, but if I were to guess I'd say 40-60k php max. I don't think in general gaming careers pay all that great. Does anyone know if this is true?

Beyond that, what about further up the chain in management? Does anyone know anyone (or are you) who works in the corporate arms of gaming companies? What kind of career options are there out there. I would assume that there are the standard type financial analyst, accountant, HR, etc..positions that any corporation has. How does one typically get into the industry?

I've heard that there are a variety of business prospects in the gaming sector outside of the casino floor. The functions of marketing, finance, and human resources are critical to the overall success of gaming companies. These positions, in my opinion, might offer an alternative viewpoint on the sector. Although they may not be the highest paying jobs, pit bosses and floor supervisors are essential to the seamless running of the casino floor. The effectiveness of these jobs frequently determines the environment and player experience. ;) :)

I think that the salary of Pit bosses and floor supervisors in the gaming industry can differ based on the casino and location. As you mentioned before, while some may earn around 40-60k PHP, those working in larger or more profitable establishments may receive a higher compensation.
