I agree with you, that stress is really a part of life, and it can really affect our health, that it can lead to anxiety to depression, it really shouldn't be a joke. So no matter what stress we feel, let's try to forget it and don't always think about it. In my opinion, the best way to reduce our stress is to watch comedy, funny videos, and go for a walk with the one you love.

for me, in order to live a happy life, we should not interfere in the lives of others, like you will get involved in the problems of others that should not be our problems. Just focus on ourselves. Also avoid things that we know will do us no good. And then if we ever get stressed we need someone to talk to that we can trust, knowing that he has good suggestions on how we can solve it
