Have you noticed any differences in your eye comfort when reading from a book versus a screen?

Yeah, I've noticed a difference. Reading from a book feels easier on my eyes, especially if I'm reading for a long time. When I read from a screen, my eyes can get tired and dry because of the blue light and glare, so I need to take breaks more often.

People tend to blink less frequently when staring at screens, leading to dry eyes. Reading a book usually maintains a more natural blinking rate.
