If I could go back in time and give my younger self a piece of advice, it would be this: "Know when to walk away." When you're in the thrill of the game, it's easy to get caught up chasing losses or riding a hot streak, thinking it will never end.

I'd also tell my younger self to prioritize self-care and mental health.
