Francois Blanc (the inventor of European roulette) and his wife move to Monte Carlo to take over the Casino de Monte-Carlo after persistent persuasion from Princess Caroline of Monte Carlo, who was attempting to save the casino from bankruptcy.

Absolutely! François and Louis Blanc's management of the Bad Homburg Casino brought significant success and popularity to the establishment.
