you will soon quit it without any help or therapy etc.. because you are trying to realize now that gambling is bad thing, it is just some minutes of thrill and emotions high what we paying for nothing much.. because the money of gambling is always used as deposit withdraw again deposit and again withdraw…and this continues forever means you will never use that money on other things in your life or on your family etc so at one point you realize that's its just thrill game which make your life miserable and full of depression.. i hope you will quit soon
