2I think you're right, that those thieves were also inside the casino and they were watching, and who they were going to victimize, because the first thing in my mind was that there might be an accomplice inside (one of the casino workers) but it is impossible for the casino worker to know what car and license plate that the thieves should follow.
Because of money, people can do something, I hope these thieves are caught by the police, so they don't have any more victims, and pay for what they did
