Dealing with feelings of depression has been tough for me, but I've found that reaching out to supportive friends or a therapist really helps. Keeping up with activities I enjoy and taking care of myself with exercise and healthy habits has also been crucial. When negative thoughts come up, I try to focus on my strengths and what I've accomplished. It's been a journey, but I'm learning that it's okay to ask for help when I need it, and I don't have to go through it alone.
