How can I develop a balanced diet that works for me?
I play a lot of casino games and spend a lot of time in front of screens, so eating a balanced diet is essential to my performance and general health. I've therefore learned to estimate my daily caloric requirements using the information from my gaming sessions and other activities. I can better understand how much energy I need and modify my diet as a result.
