I think the role of customer service has a big impact on the company. If customer service is slow to respond or unhelpful when I reach out for assistance, it undermines my confidence in the casino. It suggests a lack of commitment to player satisfaction and can lead to frustration and, ultimately, a decision to take my business elsewhere. So, for me, active customer service is not just a bonus,  it's a fundamental aspect of what makes an online casino trustworthy and worthy of my loyalty.
