In my opinion, on social media, the pressure to present a perfect life online can be overwhelming and lead to issues like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
Engaging in hobbies and interests outside of social media can help teens build confidence and find joy in activities that are not dependent on online validation. Taking up activities like painting, playing a musical instrument, or any other creative outlet can be therapeutic and a great way to express oneself. :D 8-)

Today, teenagers deal with big issues like stress from school, cyberbullying, and pressures to use drugs. Spending lots of time online can affect how they socialize and feel. Figuring out who they are and handling relationships are also tough. It's important for parents, schools, and communities to help teens with these challenges so they can grow up healthy and happy.
